Job Summary
Process engineers at BFW will have to look into the design, development, and optimization processes for efficient and safe production. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards is expected. Would be responsible for identifying & resolving process-related issues, such as production bottlenecks, quality issues, or equipment malfunctions. Development and maintenance of accurate process documentation, including process flow diagrams, operating procedures, and training material is an important part of the role. Collaborating with operations, maintenance, and other teams for smooth process flow in the mandate. Implement and promote continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma. Compliance with EU regulations and industry standards is an essential part of the job.

Job Summary
Lead and manage the manufacturing site to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production, meeting quality and regulatory standards. Manage daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution. Ensure compliance with EU regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Lead and develop a team of production supervisors, engineers, and operators and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Oversee maintenance, repair, and engineering activities and optimize logistics and transportation operations. Build relationships with local authorities and community leaders.
